Watercress Food Coloring or Fabric Dye
This dye makes a green color.
For food coloring
What's needed
1/2 cup watercress
water to cover
Let's make it
Combine the watercress and water in the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes. Crush the watercress and simmer for 15 more minutes. Strain the mixture and save the watercress for another recipe.
Or for a deeper color, juice the watercress in a juicer, if you have one.
For dye
This dye is green in color.
