1/2 to 1 inch PVC or polyethylene pipe
coupling or dowel for the pipe size
Let's make it
Cut the pipe with a sharp knife or a hacksaw. Form the circle by joining the ends of the pipe with a coupling or dowel. Dipping the ends of the pipe in warm water can help the coupling slip in more easily.
